Responsible for researching the current marketplace for the best pricing
and program parameters available for each loan application on an individual and

to the minute guideline changes, in order to obtain timely approvals for my

Have been called upon as an expert witness in court trials.
Have been interviewed and quoted in the Los Angeles Times business
section on many real estate lending topics.
Have appeared as a guest on radio talk shows involving real estate
issues. Have appeared and been interviewed on NBC news specials on matters
