Work Experience: 

Skyline Funding, Encino, Ca. - (March 1998 to Present)

Senior Loan Officer - Responsible for the origination of conventional, non-conventional, and government real estate loans.  Responsible for researching the current marketplace for the best pricing and program parameters available for each loan application on an individual and personalized basis.  Responsible for knowing and understanding each lender and investor’s lending criteria, and up to the minute guideline changes, in order to obtain timely approvals for my clients.  Responsible for knowing and understanding the intricate details of my clients borrowing situation as to enable me to obtain the best financing available to them at any given time.

Real Estate Loan Department Operations Manager - Responsible for the management of the processing, underwriting, document preparation, and funding staff.  Handled loans from $500,000. to $10 million only.  Loans handled were for single family residences and apartment buildings.  Duties included expediting approvals which were exceptions to bank policy, and following up on all compliance procedures.  Participated in task force managing statewide computer and systems transition from First United Thrift and Loan to Atlantic Financial Savings Bank  

Crocker National Bank, Canoga Park, Panorama City, and Encino -

(June 1969 - June 1982)

Personal Financial Center Manager - Responsibilities included managing the financial center staff;  underwriting and approval of all types of consumer loan products;  overseeing the drawing of loan documents and the funding of each loan.  Meeting with borrowers for both the application and final signing of documents for each loan.

Credentials:

Currently licensed by the California Department of Real Estate #00950568 since 1985.  Have been called upon as an expert witness in court trials.  Have been interviewed and quoted in the Los Angeles Times business section on many real estate lending topics.   Have appeared as a guest on radio talk shows involving real estate issues. Have appeared and been interviewed on NBC news specials on matters involving mortgage loan practices.

Member of Optimist Club International, Women’s Council of Realtors, and California Women Business Owners.
