Referral Discount – Receive this after the escrow of the person you have referred has closed.  If you currently have a loan application in process then receive $100. off your closing costs.  If you do not have a loan application in process, then you will receive a nice thank you gift.

Costco Members Discount - $50. off your closing costs per loan.

Automobile Club (AAA) Members Discount - $25. off closing costs per loan.

Senior Discount – If over age 65 - $25. off closing costs per loan.

Career Discounts – Policemen (and women), Firemen (and women), Teachers,
Nurses, Paramedics, National Guard or U.S. Military - active or reserve status all get $25 off closing costs each borrower, (for example a fireman and teacher are the borrowers = $50. off closing costs).
